The Service Provider will ensure that any transfer of Personal Data to a third country or international organization takes place in accordance with the principles set out in the Data Protection Regulation and the relevant data processing agreement between Parties. The Customer authorizes the Service Provider to transfer Personal Data to a third country or an international organization for the provision of the Services. At any time, the Customer can consult the full list of third countries on this page. Upon written request of the Customer, the Service Provider will list the third countries to which a transfer of Personal Data will take place for the provision of the Services.
