Three months to go live with SAP Cloud ERP
For Aspiravi, a quick rollout was a requirement. And that's exactly what the team delivered. Just three months after kickoff, the Finance module went live across 19 entities.
According to Steven Decrock, Senior SAP/ERP Project Manager at Flexso, that pace was only possible because of the project approach: "Management provided clear direction,and we had a small group of highly committed key users empowered to make decisions. This allowed us to move fast and stay focused. Trust played a big role as well. We didn't test everything upfront, but agreed to address issues pragmatically as they came up."

Embedded change management
Change management was a key part of the project’s success. While some teams adapted quickly, others needed more time and guidance to get comfortable with new ways of working.
"We didn’t treat change management as a separate track," says Steven. "Instead, we embedded it directly into the implementation. Our consultants were there not just as functional experts, but as sparring partners, supporting users day to day and building trust along the way."

With SAP Cloud ERP in place, Aspiravi now has a secure and scalable cloud platform that reduces IT workload, supports best practices, and brings structure across the organization. More importantly, it provides a solid ERP foundation that can grow alongside the business, making it easier to integrate new entities and support international expansion.

After the initial rollout, Aspiravi identified 25 follow-up projects that build on this foundation. Several have already been delivered, including finance extensions and self-service procurement. Others are currently underway or planned, ranging from advanced intercompany processes and data warehousing to further professionalizing purchasing and integrating external solutions.
