After a warm introduction, you will receive practical training that will prepare you to grow into a fully fledged SAP consultant in no time.** ## Flexso Academy in a nutshell The Flexso Academy is **a four-week training programme** in which enthusiastic colleagues prepare newcomers for their first projects. **You'll receive a combination of trainings in soft and hard skills, such as** - Project Management - Intro to basic processes - Change Management - Presentation skills - How to demo - Intro to Flexso Focus Group Innovation - .... and so much more! ## From starter to fully fledged SAP consultant As a starter, you will discover all of **SAP’s innovations and possibilities**. During the training programme, you will learn how to: - simplify a company’s accounting and finance activities; - streamline warehouse management and ensure the right stock levels; - improve production planning and gain insights into the purchasing process; - support a sales team and increase turnover; - … In short, you’ll gain everything you need to know to integrate and optimise business processes. It ranged from soft skills training to deep dives into SAP, all with a great group of fellow starters. Over five intensive weeks, we had the chance to meet colleagues from different teams and competence centers. This gave us a clear understanding of who to approach for what—and that every colleague is open and willing to help. For me, it was the ideal way to kick off my journey at Flexso. Flexso Academy goes beyond SAP knowledge, though. During a communication training session, for example, you will learn **how to give clear presentations and demos**.
