From starter to fully fledged SAP consultant
As a starter, you will discover all of SAP’s innovations and possibilities. During the training programme, you will learn how to:
simplify a company’s accounting and finance activities;
streamline warehouse management and ensure the right stock levels;
improve production planning and gain insights into the purchasing process;
support a sales team and increase turnover;
…
In short, you’ll gain everything you need to know to integrate and optimise business processes. Moreover, you’ll learn how to configure all these processes in SAP S/4HANA, an indispensable skill for any SAP consultant💪.
The academy was the perfect introduction to both SAP and Flexso. It ranged from soft skills training to deep dives into SAP, all with a great group of fellow starters. Over five intensive weeks, we had the chance to meet colleagues from different teams and competence centers. This gave us a clear understanding of who to approach for what—and that every colleague is open and willing to help. For me, it was the ideal way to kick off my journey at Flexso.
Flexso Academy goes beyond SAP knowledge, though. During a communication training session, for example, you will learn how to give clear presentations and demos. You will also receive practical training in agile and scrum. Even more, you will discover how we use those methodologies to turn every SAP project into a success story.

Knowledge sharing and continuous learning is in our DNA🧬. Flexso Academy is not only for young starters. Even as an experienced newcomer or veteran, you can use the programme to brush up on your knowledge and skills: the Academy organises training courses throughout the year. These can also be part of your growth path.

Training and teambuilding
We know it sounds like an intensive programme, but never fear. At Flexso Academy, there is also plenty of time for fun. To give you an idea: last year, we nailed an escape room, followed by cocktails🍹and burgers🍔. Who says working hard and having fun don’t go together?
