How it started
In 2022, Facilicom Solutions migrated to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. "Looking back, I'm convinced it was the right move for our company," says Larissa. "However, during and after the implementation, we realized we needed additional support to use the system optimally and fully as intended."

At Facilicom Solutions only two people log tickets: Larissa and her colleague Heidi. "Ticket follow-up takes up a significant part of our day," explains Larissa. "We handle the majority ourselves, but urgent or complex requests go to Flexso."
"Flexso’s Managed Services team then steps in to quickly resolve issues. In this way, they ensure that business-critical finance and project-related processes keep running smoothly. We also have regular meetings with them to review new and ongoing tickets, so nothing slips through the cracks."
Release management: staying ahead of upgrades
SAP frequently rolls out upgrades to S/4HANA, typically twice a year, in February and August. These upgrades are essential to keep systems secure, high-performing and aligned with the latest innovations.
“In the past, we had limited time and resources to prepare these upgrades,” explains Larissa.

While some scenarios, like scheduling accrual jobs, are still executed manually, a growing number of test cases (e.g. creating customer projects or reprocessing bank statement items) have been automated. This hybrid approach accelerates testing, reduces human error and ensures a smoother upgrade experience.

Continuous process optimization: work smarter, not harder
Facilicom Solutions also relies on Flexso’s Managed Services team to continually improve key processes. A prime example is month-end closing. "Closing the books is always a race against time. Because S/4HANA lacked the right reports, manual work kept slowing us down," says Larissa. "Together with Flexso, we’re now automating part of the process to boost efficiency and create the right reports with ease."
"Another example is the new approval flow we implemented together. Purchase orders are now automatically routed to the right people at the appropriate approval level, ensuring a faster and smoother process."
