Every organization should be able to provide information on the entitled, the spent and remaining training days per year to their employees. The Flexso Training Tracker calculates and visualizes this information per employee based on information in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Learning. ## Benefits - **View your up-to-date Training Balance** Give employees easy access to their annual training balance, including both used and remaining training days. This information can be presented through an intuitive chart or a structured table format. If applicable under legislation, unused training days can automatically be carried forward to the following year. - **Automatic calculation of Entitled Training Credit** Training entitlements are calculated automatically using employee data from SuccessFactors Employee Central.
