  Use configurable request fields (types include text, number, picklist, and date), that can be set as mandatory and have a validation check before submitting. Add custom sections to group the fields per topic. Apply configurable admin-only fields to allow the admin to provide additional input.
• Complete process flow with email notifications
  Use configurable multistage workflows based on multiple parameters, including cost. Add configurable and localized email templates per workflow step, using a WYSIWYG editor. Follow up with approval workflow reminders.

  Determine multiple training admins and limit their scope of incoming requests based on authorizations. Use the clear overview screen with search and filter options to list incoming and processed requests.
• Capture the attendance confirmation
