Platform & Reporting – Explore the new People Profile and Spotlight Cards, the option to deactivate self-descriptions, direct navigation to team size and reports, uploading background images, and adding fields to the profile header. Learn about enhancements to the Manage Languages tool and the ability to export raw data directly from the Query Designer.
Onboarding & Recruiting – Discover how onboarding initiation can now be automated directly from recruiting for candidates marked as ready to hire.
Employee Central – See improvements to Mass Data Management, including support for positions, job information, and relationships, plus the redesigned dependents editing and history UI.
Goals & Performance – Understand the replacement of legacy performance forms, the transfer of talent data during rehire, and new business rule scenarios for form visibility and approval flows.
Learning – Learn about the universal rollout of the new Learning homepage and the ability to bulk delete unused iContent files from LMS.
