Microsoft Teams integration fueled with new features!
Since the launch of the Microsoft teams integration in the 2108 CX release, the number of new features keeps on growing. The shared workspace concept, deal rooms and outbound call support from MS teams are 3 examples of those new key innovations. These new enhancements and support for visits will allow your sales team to share information with their colleagues and contacts, stay up-to-date and close their deals more efficiently.
Multiple delivery dates? Hello scheduling lines!
Another great novelty from the sales quote perspective is the integration of scheduling lines!
If your customers, for example, would love to benefit from quantity discounts without risking any stock overflow, they can now place one single order item divided into several smaller deliveries at various times.
This new function allows...
- The sales representative to set up an order tailored to the customer needs,
- the customer to experience a better customer service,
- and the back-office coworker to skip all manual adjustments: WIN-WIN-WIN!
With the new scheduling lines in SAP Cloud for customer (C4C), SAP enabled the bi-direction integration of content for both S/4HANA and SAP ECC with C4C.
Add items of interest to your marketing events
After two great new features for the sales colleagues, we also found a very cool new thing for the marketing experts among you.
In the recent past, SAP already set up integrations between SAP Marketing Cloud and third-party event providers, like hosting platforms for webinars or video conferences for example. These integrations made it possible to import your event data, hosted on an external platform, into SAP Marketing Cloud.
With the latest SAP CX release update, it is also possible to link certain items of interest to these events. This will help you to gather more customer information and target more precisely for your next event. Awesome, right?
