By leveraging QR code scanning and secure authentication, this solution reduces administrative work, supports live and virtual classroom attendance, and enhances communication between instructors and participants!** ## What is the Class Check-In extension? Flexso's Class Check - In is another addition to [Flexso’s SAP SuccessFactors extensions](https://www.flexso.com/en/solutions/human-resources/custom-hr-solutions-sap), built by our HR Innovation experts. This extension to **SAP SuccessFactors Learning** reduces the administrative workload for Learning Managers and trainers to follow-up on training attendance. With a simple QR code instructors or admins can ask participants to confirm their attendance. This can be done by scanning either personal QR codes on a badge, or with a shared class QR-code. The solution works on PC, Android and iOS mobile devices. Either through a personal or a class-generated QR code, participants confirm their attendance using mobile devices. All tracked data is immediately available in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. ### Includes attendance for virtual classes Share a temporary link or QR code with virtual participants, to allow them to confirm their attendance. Identification is secured through the CIS-based authentication, so you know who attended your virtual trainings. This works for any virtual class system. ### Get in touch with participants Instructors can reach out to the participants using the built-in email capability, for example to inform the participants to bring their laptop to the training.
