Orchestrating warehouse execution: ODTH’s SAP‑connected shuttle automation with Movu, Fraxinus & Flexso

ODTH reshaped its conventional warehouse site in Rumst with a 3D shuttle‑driven setup powered by Movu Atlas and Movu OPS, while keeping the 24/7 operation running without customer impact. Reinventing a traditional warehouse set-up and creating a real‑time, software‑orchestrated warehouse that will eventually handle up to 6,000 pallet movements a day and accommodate more than 31,000 pallet positions.

Fraxinus brought the installation to life on the floor by integrating conveyors, lifts and cabling. The reuse of existing racks delivers an additional sustainability win of roughly 680 tons of CO₂ saved.

Flexso tied the full operation together, ensuring that warehouse execution, planning and data management function as one coherent, end‑to‑end process.
