And what does it take to turn the promise of an Autonomous Enterprise into practical business results? Flexso is a proud partner of **SAPience USERday 2026**, where SAP professionals, business leaders and technology experts come together to explore these questions and exchange experiences. Join us on Tuesday, December 1 for customer stories about Credendo's AI strategy and document automation at Hospital Logistics. ## Agenda **Designing an AI reference architecture: Credendo's SAP AI Roadmap** How do you move from AI experimentation to scalable enterprise adoption? In this session, Credendo shares its journey towards a SAP AI reference architecture that helps teams build, govern and deploy AI solutions consistently across the organisation. Discover the key principles, lessons learned and building blocks for creating a future-proof AI foundation. *By Jon Holvoet, CTO at Credendo and Kristof Cappellen, Innovation and Strategy Architect at Flexso* **How Hospital Logistics automates PO confirmations with AI** What happens when hundreds of supplier confirmations land in your mailbox every day? Together with Hospital Logistics, Flexso implemented FlexDoc AI to transform a time-consuming manual process into an intelligent, automated workflow. During this session, you'll discover how AI extracts and validates purchase order confirmations, compares them with SAP data, and automatically posts them to SAP, while only exceptions require human attention. Learn how Hospital Logistics is reducing manual effort, improving data quality, and gaining real-time visibility into supplier performance through a scalable AI-driven solution. *By Alexander Truwant, Business Transformation Consultant at Flexso* **Round table discussion - What would you like SAP to do for you autonomously?** Imagine working with SAP through a digital assistant that understands what you want to achieve and helps carry out the necessary tasks. This discussion will explore the potential of AI agents in SAP environments, practical use cases and the opportunities to make business processes more intuitive and efficient. ## Practical - **When?** Tuesday, 1 December 2026, 08:30 - 19:30 - **Where?** Waerboom, Jozef Mertensstraat 140, 1702 Dilbeek - [**Free registration for SAPience members**](https://www.sapience.be/user-day).
