From 23 to 26 March 2026, VU Amsterdam will host HERUG 2026, bringing together business and IT professionals from universities worldwide that work with SAP. This multi-day event focuses on sharing insights, building connections, and creating an engaging conference experience.

HERUG: a global network for SAP in education & research

Across the three days, participants can expect real-life implementation cases from higher education institutions, the latest updates and perspectives from SAP, and plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas with peers from the SAP higher education community. The Higher Education and Research User Group (HERUG) is an international community for educational and research institutions that actively use SAP solutions. HERUG creates a platform where members can learn from each other, connect with peers, and discuss best practices within the SAP higher education landscape. Through HERUG, members also gain direct access to SAP experts, product teams, and leadership, allowing them to stay informed about upcoming innovations and to contribute feedback that helps shape the future of SAP solutions for education and research.
