Save the date for our **Voice of the Customer day** hosted at Wageningen University & Research on **September, 22**! This day is our yearly, interactive roundtable where the **research management community** comes together to share lessons learned, exchange best practices across institutions, and most importantly: **shape the priorities for the next FRMP release**.

## What to expect?

During the day, we combine **short updates** with **structured participation moments:**

- **Roundtable discussions** to compare approaches between research institutes and universities
- **Break-out sessions** in smaller groups to go deeper on key themes
- A **prioritization exercise** where customers help decide what matters most for the next release
- Open **Q&A** and “additional topics” space to capture what is not on the slides yet
- Followed by a **dinner** together in the city
