Voice of the Customer Day 2026

Save the date for our Voice of the Customer day hosted at Wageningen University & Research on September, 22! This day is our yearly, interactive roundtable where the research management community comes together to share lessons learned, exchange best practices across institutions, and most importantly: shape the priorities for the next FRMP release.

What to expect?

During the day, we combine short updates with structured participation moments:

  • Roundtable discussions to compare approaches between research institutes and universities
  • Break-out sessions in smaller groups to go deeper on key themes
  • A prioritization exercise where customers help decide what matters most for the next release
  • Open Q&A and “additional topics” space to capture what is not on the slides yet
  • Followed by a dinner together in the city
