In collaboration with Flexso for People, Agfa implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting to kick-off their mission to modernize and streamline its HR operations. Employee Central allows employees to easily update personal information and manage leave requests, enhancing efficiency for both staff and HR teams. Meanwhile, the Recruiting and Onboarding modules help Agfa attract and engage digitally savvy talent to drive future growth.

Agfa further expanded its digital HR capabilities by implementing SuccessFactors Learning to enrich employee development and automating time management with Time Off and Timesheets for streamlined vacation and work hour tracking. These advancements have simplified HR processes and equipped Agfa to seize future growth opportunities with confidence.
